Polyelast has a diverse history, originally part of the BOGE group recognised worldwide for their expertise in optimising vehicle ride and handling while controlling vehicle noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), supplying OEM parts to most of the world’s leading car makers.

In Australia Polyelast designed, validated and manufactured OEM suspension components, bushes and hydraulically damped mounts for Ford, Holden and others for over 50 years.

Since 2014 Polyelast has applied their accumulated product development expertise to create a large range of customised solutions to enhance performance desired by the automotive aftermarket.

OFF ROAD

With it’s growing range of products, Polyelast is creating optimised bushing and control arm combinations that address the shortcomings of existing solutions. Our custom designed control arms and Polyelast bushings improve articulation and durability while retaining steering precision and ride comfort when on road.

POLYELAST

Polyelast® is an elastomer developed in house with improved resilience, temperature resistance, sag resistance and increased modulus. It has the ability to be a customised alternative to conventional rubber formulations within existing bushing and mount designs or used in combination with other materials such as plastics and polyurethane to create Polyelast® Hybrids.

POLYELAST Hybrid

Polyelast® Hybrid uses our advanced Polyelast® polymer in combination with a proprietary Polyurethane snubber. The main Polyelast® element provides its high degree of elasticity and isolation under normal operating conditions with the Polyurethane acting as a progressive, resilient stopper or snubber under high loads.

POLYELAST Blade

Developed by our R&D team for inclusion in performance 4WD lift kits, Polyelast® Blade Technology is an innovation in control arm design replacing forged, cast, machined or flame cut arms. Conceptualized using the latest design aids and drawing on the team’s extensive materials and process knowledge, Polyelast® Blade technology has undergone extensive laboratory and in vehicle testing that has validated the exceptional performance of the products.
